How It Works

  • First things first-- we set up a time to speak briefly over the phone so you can tell me more about what you're looking for and I can give you a better sense of my program.
  • You tell me about your challenges and goals-- what is concerning you, for how long, what you have tried in the past to fix it, and what you want to have happen going forward. I tell you about my health philosophy and how we can work together to help you meet your unique goals. I share my process and program costs and we schedule our first session.

  • Our first session is really a discovery session. It is a deep dive into your health history, your current food and lifestyle habits, lab work (if any), any supplements and medications you may be on. We establish your health goals, prioritize and develop a plan of attack. 

  • We keep going with our sessions.  We catch up, talk about what you want to work on, review challenges and successes, and get to the root of what's stifling you. We strategize on your upcoming weeks, focusing on the areas you're struggling with, and anything in between. You're already feeling better and more hopeful than you were before you started. 

  • You will have an understanding of which foods fuel and support your particular body and lifestyle and how to incorporate these foods into your day-to-day. 

  • I'm your go to person for all things health and wellness. Need a quick burst of inspiration? Have a question on what to eat out or on a trip?  I’m here for you!

  • I take a holistic approach and examine all of the factors that may be affecting your food choices. We look at your relationships, career, lifestyle, physical activity, stress management, etc. Why? Because it's not just about the food or it wouldn't be so hard. We will identify and break through beliefs and behaviors that keep you from following through with your goals. 

  • You will continue to move forward on your health journey. You will meet your goals, develop new goals, have less extreme downs and start to achieve a greater sense of balance. Life feels a lot better!

M Y  S T Y L E

  • Instead of giving you a list of foods or a menu to follow, and then send you on your way, I will work with you on how to implement nutrition and lifestyle changes into your life. You will have a clear understanding of how to execute your individual health plan, and we will work towards this over 3 months

  • We will work on developing a mind + body balance. Often the food choices we make and cravings we experience are affected by imbalances in other parts of our lives. We will work on your wellbeing in all areas affecting your life including: spiritual, social, relationships, career, exercise, creativity, cooking, romance, hobbies, and more.

  • This is not a diet. I do not focus on calorie counting or calorie restriction. I focus on the quality of nutrients you consume. Why? Because 1,000 calories of broccoli and 1,000 of soda are hardly equal and will affect your mind and body in drastically different ways. We will continue to explore this concept throughout our sessions together.
